Q:  What is Parent Connect?
Parent Connect is an informational resource made available to every parent. This resource provides real-time information about your child's grades and attendance, class schedule, immunization records, and includes the balance on his/her nutrition services account. Parent Connect provides a safe, secure and easy access to your child's school record.

A letter was sent to every family with login information.  If you did not receive a letter , please contact your the school.

Q:  Who do I contact for additional information or issues with Parent Connect?
Please contact your child’s school.

Q:  What do I do if I forget my Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
In the login page, go to the “forgot my login” link.  Click here and your password will be sent to the email address on file.  If you do not have an email address on file, you will need to contact your child’s school.

Q:  How do I change my password?
To change your password in Parent Connect, you need to login to Parent Connect. Once you are at the main display for Parent Connect, then go to Account and you will see the prompt to change or edit your password. 

Q:  What if I forget my password?

Q:  Will I be able to see my child’s grades on-line?
After logging in, select a student and on the left hand side is a tab called “Assignments”.  Parents can also view progress reports and report cards using the “Marks” tab.

Q:  How can students have access to this information?
In December, Student Connect will be introduced.  This is similar to Parent Connect, but students will be able to see the same information that parents have access to in Parent Connect.  A student will only be able to view his/her information, not the information of a sibling.
